We had the opportunity to do a nice tub/shower update for a customer in downtown Dallas! A large tub, new tile, and nice shower glass make a huge impact on your bathroom space.

We then took some of the space from the laundry to create this oven, microwave, and coffee bar area. We also added in a buffet cabinet area(not pictured). All from nothing! Love how this turned
out and it was a pleasure working with this client.

Here's a quick tub to shower conversion we did last year! I love the hexagon tile as it stands out well against the wall tile. Plus, a nice corner bench is always nice for a rest or to shave your legs.

Residential Construction Project Lead - REMODELING
I am looking for an experienced Project Lead to plan and supervise a range of residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
You will organize and oversee planning and construction processes and procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
An excellent Project Lead must be well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal is to ensure that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain communication with the client to get timely decisions and selections.
• Manage project planning and construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality product
• Schedule sub-contractors
• Attend and facilitate job progress meetings on a weekly basis
• Manage a diverse set of local trades and vendors to execute scopes and ensure quality control and compliance with national and local building codes
• Manage the ex*****on of project scopes to ensure quality control, cost- effectiveness, and timely delivery of safe and desirable projects
• Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
• Building and maintaining relationships with multiple sub-contractors for each category
Qualifications and Skill Requirements
• 2+ years residential construction Project Lead experience, with the above responsibilities
• Knowledge of homebuilding and construction processes and building codes
• Manage project planning and construction through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality product
• Advanced training in one or more trades within the residential building industry preferred
• Residential or commercial construction/renovation management experience required
• Conduct walk-through inspections
• Interact daily with subcontractors, clients, city officials
• Creative problem / conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations in a positive and timely manner
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and deadlines
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable vehicle is required
