Our little community garden is looking amazing!! If anyone would like to participate or just come and see what our amazing volunteers have accomplished in a little over six weeks, please feel free to stop by tomorrow from 10am to 1pm.

Hubby has been working on a few new projects, including building these beautiful cedar planters. He will be taking pre-orders soon if anyone is interested. 😊 I’ll keep everyone posted. 😊

UPDATE: Closed Sunday April 30th due to high winds
We are excited to announce our little plant sale with start the last weekend of April. I’ll be sure to post daily updates on availability during the sale.
Single plants are only $3.00 each
Our girls will also be holding a bake sale and lemonade stand during the sale.

We have a few extra dozen this week!
Chicken eggs:$4 per dozen
Duck eggs: $5 per dozen/$2.50 for half dozen
Goose eggs: $2 each
Baby peppers 🫑 are sprouting! All 250 of them. This will be the biggest plant sale I’ve ever had, and we will hopefully be able to expand it even more next year.

Garden Hack: Hang Your Lettuce to Prevent Slug Damage Tender green lettuce leaves are very susceptible to pests. To combat the damage from snails and slugs, try growing lettuce in containers up off the ground.
