Annual suture lecture congratulations to the new USC pediatric resident

Meet ♥️Kellie♥️ Kellie has been in dentistry for most of her career. She used to be in 🦷pediatric dentistry🪥 and she loves working with kids but 🦷oral surgery 💉was her calling. She is a 🚨certified sedation assistant and is 🚨BLS 🚨ACLS &🚨PALS trained. Kellie is a huge ⚾️DODGER 💙 fan and she is expecting her first 👩‍🍼baby 🍼 we can’t wait to meet him💙

Meet 💛LAUREN 💛 she is our 🦷surgical technician 🪥she has a masters in social work and she is working on becoming a hygienist. Lauren is 🚨ACLS and 🚨BLS trained. She is a fellow camper and played soccer in high scool.

Meet 💛KATHY 💛 she is our star ⭐️ office coordinator. She is also a world class 🍰baker 🧁. Kathy grew up in Lake Forest 🌳 and has 4 kiddos. Kathy helps patients make appointments, verify insurances and go over the treatment plans. We are so lucky to have Kathy on our team

Please welcome 💛Danielle💛She is our newest surgical technician. Danielle grew up in Lake Forest. She played softball in high school. She was ultrasound technician and worked in orthopedics. She loves patient care and developed an interest in 🦷dentistry🪥. She is BLS trained and loves to go to the beach 🏝

Please welcome ⭐️Kathy⭐️ she has been with us since last December. Kathy grew up in 🌳Lake Forest🌳 . She is a mom of four. She makes the best Christmas 🍪cookies🍪We are so lucky to have her.

We are looking for a new team member to join us. This position will involve both assisting in surgeries and helping in the reception area. This position is open for 24 hours per week and when fully trained it can lead to 32 hours per week. No experience required. This job requires punctuality, attention to details and team work.

We close on major holidays. Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve,Christmas

No dental experience needed but preferred. Customer Service experience is preferred.

Training rate : $16.5
Rate increase by ability to do tasks
Ex. Able to make appointment with software and check in patients rate will be $17 etc

Full time 32hour/wk medical insurnace benefit is offered.
Sick time 1hour accumulated every 30 hours worked.

Job description.
1. Check in patients
2. Answer phone calls and make appointments
3. Call insurnace to verify eligibility
4. Eventually present treatment plans
5. Turn over consult rooms and re-stock them

Covid 19 vaccination is required.
