Let me ask you:

Orthodontics is competitive.
Patients don’t choose you solely because of your fee, technology, or treatment modality.
They choose you because of how you make them feel.

Think about welcoming guests into your home. You greet them warmly, introduce them to others, offer them a drink, show them around, and make them feel comfortable.

🧡 Look at this dream team from Star Braces in Corpus Christi, Texas!

Thank you, team, for an incredible day together during our virtual CE course MARPE Success Master Class last week.

Goodness, what an amazing group! Successfully integrating MARPE truly takes a village. Clinical, administrative, financial, treatment coordinating, leadership—it takes every team member working together toward a shared vision. This entire team showed up in a BIG Texas way alongside Dr. Daniel and Dr. Roxanne!

Their passion for bringing airway health awareness to their community and changing the lives of their patients was inspiring to see. That's exactly what this course is designed to support—creating the systems, communication, structure, and confidence needed for long-term MARPE success.

✨ No Two Practices Are the Same. Neither Is Our Coaching. Earlier this week, I had the absolute joy of working with Dr. Jane and these amazing ladies, Tina and Molly, from beautiful Houghton, Michigan, through a customized Front Desk Success Master Class. 🧡

This GP practice wasn't focused on growth—they're already an established and successful office. Instead, they wanted to optimize patient flow, elevate the patient experience, strengthen scripting, and refine their systems.

That's what I love most about coaching.

Tina and Molly are already doing so many wonderful things. My role was simply to help them identify opportunities, strengthen workflows, and create even more consistency and confidence in their roles.

Last week, Senior Consultant Courtney had an incredible day coaching Hayli and Taylor from through our Orthodontic Insurance & Financials Master Class. 🧡
