Congratulations to our very own Daniel Hoffman and the LeRoy Baseball Pony team for winning the Dual County Baseball League Championship game last night in LeRoy! It was the perfect way to finish a great season! Daniel did a wonderful job coaching this amazing group of young men through a season that they will remember forever!

We are very proud to share that we are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of opening our business, Computer Troubleshooters. In early 2003, Tony and I made the crazy decision to leave our jobs and to commit to two years of trying to start a small technology business. After much research, we decided to join the Computer Troubleshooters Global Franchise, which allowed us to be in business for ourselves but also have access to a community of other small business owners in our industry. This important decision has been one of the driving forces behind us still being in business today. CT has allowed us to travel to places we never dreamed we would see and to make lifelong friendships with so many amazing “CT” people from all corners of the globe. There are too many to name, but to all of you out there, please know we have truly cherished your friendship and support over the years! We are also blessed to have many wonderful family and friends that stood by us through the good times and the difficult times and supported us in more ways than we can recount here. We are eternally grateful for each and every one of you for your endless love and support! We have had many employees come and go, but Daniel Hoffman has stuck with us for the last 10 ½ years and helped us to keep this business running all of these years!
Finally, Tony and I can’t put into words how thankful we are for our kids, Justin, Krysta, Ryan, and Tyler, for being willing (and occassionally unwilling) participants in this crazy journey. You guys were only 13, 10, 7, and 6 years old when we chose this path, which altered your lives in so many ways. Yet, each of you supported us through doing the chores at home, working as technicians and office assistants, and allowing us to drag you to numerous company trips and events. You have all accepted your sometimes challenging role as children of small business owners with grace and maturity well beyond your years! We are so proud and thankful to be your parents, and so lucky to have had you with us on this journey all of these years! Finally, to the baby of the family, Tyler- thank you for all of your hard work in leading us to a new and exciting chapter in the business! We are looking forward to what comes next!
