Baldwin County residents: The Baldwin County Grants Department will host two Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG DR) Homeownership Assistance Program (HAP) Public Meetings to help residents and community partners prepare to apply for the HAP. The application portal opens September 21, 2026.
