Vulcan is proud to welcome our new FAME - Built By Baldwin students to the team!

FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education) Built by Baldwin is helping develop the next generation of skilled manufacturing professionals right here in Baldwin County. Through a unique partnership between local manufacturers and Coastal Alabama Community College, students gain hands-on experience, technical training, and real-world career opportunities while earning their associates degree in mechatronics.

Programs like FAME are critical to strengthening the future workforce, supporting local industry growth, and creating life-changing opportunities for students across our community. We’re excited to be part of their journey and can’t wait to see all they accomplish!
