Last year we talked about the possibility of getting chairs for the church I pastor. It was about the time the President put tariffs on China and other places. So, a $65 chair became a $90 chair. So for us it became a wait for tariffs to be worked out. In the meantime, we had opportunities to give to a couple of missionary families, and a 9 month project of giving to Samaritans Purse through numerous projects they have. In total the congregation of 20 or so gave over 10k!!

In December there was a little blurb in the associational news letter about a church giving away 100 chairs! We got them, free….about $9k worth of chairs!! God saw the generosity, and gave us a gift!!

Beginning a new message series this Sunday, “I Believe in Jesus”
He is:
the Son of God

He paid for us all

Had a wonderful service today..was really blessed by an 80 yoa member who grabbed my arms just before the service and asked: can I sing a special?
She sang acapella a nice patriotic song - so good to see His spirit touch her to be bold!

My heart is a little happier…not quite done…but it started thundering and it was time to get off the metal roof😜
