On December 20, 2024, we hosted our 4th Quarter Employee/Christmas Luncheon, catered by Sonny's BBQ. We enjoyed hearing about what is going on within the company and recognizing anniversaries and new hires. On the weeks leading up to the luncheon, we held daily drawings for our 12 Days of Christmas giveaway. Our employees were also gifted boots as a thank you for the many hours and goals they have accomplished over the past year.

Wrapping things up in Virginia Beach with our friends at The Conlan Company! A great project coming together and made possible by a lot of great teams working to make it happen.

Recently, Conlan, along with some of our valued partners: Steel Service (Manufacturer), Piedmont Structural (Steel Erector), Gardner Watson (Decking), and Nashville Fab (Steel Erector), celebrated the topping out at Project Beach in Virginia Beach. This massive facility, developed by Panattoni and designed and engineered by Stantec, sits at 3.4 million square feet. Since steel er****on began on 2/21, over 8,800 tons of structural steel have been erected!
