Before/After Deck/Fence repair’s, Pressure Washing & Stain.

Replaced all decking, railings & pergola. Brought up to code with current structural & safety codes. Finished with Behr deck stain. ( Behr premium solid color stain has 10yr warranty on stain)!

Addition to existing deck, adding custom seating for 12-16 with wrap around seating. Beautiful evening dinners w/the family by the pool..!

Replaced ceiling water damage, replaced with new beaded board and all new PVC trims! (ROT FREE)

Replaced old fence w/all new design and stained with Behr premium solid color stain! (Behr stain has 25yr warranty)!

New deck with under deck drainage, Timber Tech composite decking & new railings with aluminum balusters. 50yr warranty with this Timber Tech decking!!!

Tree fell on screen room. Removed old screen room repaired decking and built new screen room!

Before & after French door Replacement. Old door’s would not close or latch due to being out of plumb & frame rot. Repaired all rot leveled framing and installed new French doors!

Deck safety repair… Added new Railing for front steps. Removed existing railing, added outer band boards & joists to existing decks. Replaced steps & installed all new railings to existing decks!
