Today was bitter sweet. We SOLD AND CLOSED this house in 29 days.
It was a great accomplishment for sure but it was also sad.
Gloria used to live in this house. She was an amazing woman and I was lucky to be her neighbor for 14 years. She passed away in October 2019 and her daughter and I were tasked with selling her home. It was emotional and at times seemed impossible to do but together we did.
Today Pilar had to sign the sales documents alone as I couldn't be present due to new regulations with covid-19. Gloria would've been so proud people loved her home and it now has a new family to enjoy as much as she did.
