So excited to share that, after a year and a half on the waiting list to get into the training, and then 4 months to complete it, I am official IFS Level 1 Trained! This modality has truly changed how I view myself and work with my clients, and I look forward to continuing to bring its healing power into my work. One thing I find myself saying repeatedly in session is two things ca be true at once. Accepting the light and the dark, the joy and the sadness, the positive and the negative helps us see the beauty in it all.
