The owner of the Airbnb we’re staying at, Billy Morrow, made history in 1982 with his wife and a group of Muscle Shoals locals, when they were invited by Lynyrd Skynyrd to sing on Lynyrd Skynyrd’s ‘Live’ Tribute Tour album. He said they had him and the group in the studio sing ‘Freedbird’ upwards of sixty times. Thanks for sharing your memories with us Billy, and thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. .
