Put some good hard hours in today. Got some good striking time with coach. 3 weeks out
Getting some solo work in before class. Gonna be a good one
2 hours of good work today. Thanks guy for the rounds a lil blood lot of sweat lot of water dripping from the walls today
Put some solid work in today got some drill time to work on some techniques and then some hard 5 min sparring/grappling rounds those whose made it out thank ypu sp much thanks for putting me through the grinder today.
