Begin your week with intention, presence, and connection.

Monday Morning Meditation invites you to pause and reconnect with your inner landscape in a supportive community of women. This gentle 45-minute practice is designed to help you settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and remember your deeper Self.

Each gathering weaves together:
-Gentle seated stretches
-Yogic breathing practices
-Guided stillness and silent meditation

This is not about “doing meditation perfectly” - it is about creating space to arrive exactly as you are.

This practice is for you if you are:
-Curious about meditation or returning after time away
-Seeking inspiration for a sustainable daily practice
-Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or stressed
-Longing for mental clarity and emotional steadiness
-On a path of self-discovery and inner listening
-Craving peace, grounding, and connection

No prior meditation or yoga experience is required. Come as you are and leave feeling more centered, clear, and at home within yourself.

These classes are donation-based, because we believe meditation should be accessible.
