Yesterday these two celebrated one full year of marriage 🩷 June 14th will always stand out in my memory as one of my favorite wedding days. From start to finish, it was perfection. I know that this first year together was just the beginning of their beautiful love story.

Summer 2027 is going to be a really special one!

I can't believe we are already in JUNE. I had the best year shooting with all of the 2026 graduates. This class was full of so many beautiful, intelligent young adults with an incredible amount of potential ahead. It will be a group that I always remember.

I have been looking forward to this wedding all year. From shooting Riley Grace’s senior portraits, to helping capture the day that Daniel proposed to her, and now being behind the camera at their wedding- it was such a special full circle moment. We all anxiously anticipated rain all week, and then somehow woke up with nothing but sunshine that Saturday morning. We got to shoot the most gorgeous photos outside around the Harper House all afternoon, and then right before the ceremony was over- the bottom fell out. It was chaos in the most magical way possible. It felt like a scene straight out of The Notebook. Everyone was laughing and made the most of an unexpected turn from Mother Nature, and the newlyweds couldn’t wipe the smiles off of their faces.

It was memorable, beautiful, and so much fun. These are the moments us photographers live for. The raw, unforeseen circumstances that often make weddings even more incredible.

A glimpse into Bailey + River’s wedding day 💚

I have known River since he was just a little boy and have watched his and Bailey’s love story grow into such a beautiful union. These two have grown together throughout the years and loved each other through all of the changes that teenage years and young adult life bring. It was such a treat getting to be a part of this exciting season of life for them from the proposal to the wedding day. I will always remember how special this day was for them and their families.
