Pleased to meet you. My name is Terrence Freeman and Im honored to present to you my self defense class which is based on the Japanese martial art Aikido. Having been both a student and instructor of this art for a total of 16 years I can tell you it's 100% practical.

This class is suitable for individuals 15 years of age and up. Last but not least Aikido has a calming (and some say a therapeutic) affect for those who practice it. I can truly say that it has helped me in the area of strategy and patience. Not only when dealing with physical confrontations but with sorting things out mentally as well. All cardio classes will resume this coming Monday the 18th. There will be a new schedule posted this weekend.
