April brings nearly a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through life’s challenges with compassion, empathy, and a genuine heart for helping others heal and grow. Her approach is centered on meeting clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space where every person feels seen, heard, and valued.

April is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, family stressors, emotional challenges, and overall wellness while empowering clients to build resilience and move toward meaningful change.

Getting to connect with expecting and new moms in our community is exactly why we do what we do. Supporting mental health before, during, and after pregnancy matters, and it was such an honor to be part of something that pours so much love into these families!
