Jennifer Royer has been with First Southern Bank for 25+ years. In her time of service, Jennifer has worked in many different roles, including recently being promoted to Ag Underwriting Supervisor. Along with her many accomplishments here at First Southern, Jennifer was recently selected to be a part of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Shoals" Class 37! 🤩

One associate says, "Jennifer has exceled in each position she has been in with First Southern Bank and constantly demonstrates her desire to go above and beyond. She exhibits First Southern Bank’s core values and strives to positively impact the bank as a whole along with individuals and businesses in the community. Her drive for excellence and willingness to be a team player help to make First Southern Bank a better place."

First Southern Bank is saddened by the passing of our longtime Executive Chairman, Mr. Charles C. Anderson. 🕊

Mr. Anderson served as the Executive Chairman from 2017-2026. He led with a caring heart, always giving to those in need. We are grateful for and will forever be inspired by his passion for improving the lives of our associates, our clients and their communities.

He will be greatly missed here at First Southern and across our community. Our thoughts are with the Anderson family at this time.
