Sorry for late posting. A few weeks ago we had our 'Glow in the Dark' lesson.

Trusting God with our worries. "Jesus said, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.' John 8:12.

Do not worry about things you can not see. Trust God with your worries. When we get anxious over things we can't control, God wants us to remember how pointless that is. We need to trust him with our worries. That's when we'll see his light through the fog of anxiety. (Even I needed this reminder!!)

Our 6 week series lesson last Wednesday night was 'When I Grow Up". We learned about being a Missionary. We read about Paul and Barnabus sharing the gospel in Acts 14:8-28.

Memory verse: 'And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.' Colossians 3:17.

It's natural to look to the future and wonder what kind of jobs we will have and what kind of people we will be. regardless of what career we pursue, we can use our strengths to serve God- right now and when we grow up. The littles drew pictures of themselves, we are going to cut them out and line our walls with each of them.

Next lesson: A Doctor: growing up to be a healer. Mark 5:21-43, Jesus heals a woman and sick girl.

December 18, Sunday, at 6 pm will be our Youth Christmas Program!! Everyone come and enjoy!!

Great service tonight to start off Florence Blvd's 2016 Missionary Conference. Look forward to another great day tomorrow.
We worship our Lord, fellowship with the missionaries, and enjoy food from all the wonderful cooks God has blessed our church with.

Want to see our church pews filled up by CREW members tomorrow, so you can meet these missionaries. Personally hearing the experiences missionaries go through to share God's word, is something everyone would hear. It will increase your heart for missions, encourage you to give of your time, money, prayers to support them, and remind you just how blessed we are in America with the freedoms to worship God and share His Word.

Hey guys...looking forward to the kickoff...make sure you bring socks just in case the inflatables get warm...also we are asking everyone to park upstairs, so we can have as much room as possible for today's events!...see ya there!!!
