Meet our NEW Sweet Lavender Affogato. Our sweet lavender ice cream is handcrafted from scratch with clean ingredients and the same passion for quality that goes into everything we create.

What is that, an Affogato? It is an Italian dessert whose name literally translates to “drowned.” Traditionally, it’s a scoop of ice cream or gelato “drowned” in a fresh shot of espresso. But for you all, of course, we couldn’t leave it there.

School’s are getting out, vacation plans are brewing, and Florence is getting hotter than our espresso machine ☀️

Summer adventures are calling, long weekends are here, and we love seeing our community making memories. We’re especially thankful for moments like these because they remind us to slow down and enjoy life too. So Bean Bar will be taking a little summer break and will be closed Saturday the 23rd through Monday the 25th so our hardworking team can enjoy some sunshine and adventures of their own 💛

This Easter weekend, we’re pressing pause to give our team a small spring break to spend time with family and recharge. We are so thankful for the ability to care for the people who care for you every day.

There’s something really special about this moment for us.
Not just because “ITS THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING!” but because we finally get to do one of our favorite things “change the menu.”

We wait for the season to officially shift, and then we go all in.
Bringing back your favorites, creating new ones, and making everything by hand with clean, intentional ingredients. It’s a reset. A fresh perspective. A chance to share something new with you.

And just like spring! we’re only getting started. New things will be dropping all week long.

DRINKS (starting today)
• Honey Lemon Chill – tart, sweet & extremely refreshing.
• Strawberry Matcha – sweet strawberry layered with creamy matcha.
• Rose Latte – soft floral & gently sweet.
• Almond Latte – smooth, nutty & comforting.
• Turmeric Ginger Tonic – it’s given spicy sprite with a refreshing bite.
• Sparkling Green – citrus + matcha with bright effervescence.
• Lemon Bubbly – our take on a sparkling lemonade.

• Coconut Caramel Pop Tart – inspired by the caramel delight cookie.

Snow Update ❄️

Hello wonderful friends
We truly wanted to be open on Monday, we’ve been watching the roads, the weather, and doing everything we can to make it work. But with freezing temperatures overnight and the reality that many of our team members travel in from outside of Florence (some from areas that received much more snow), we’ve made the decision to remain closed on Monday, February 2.

While some streets may look clear, not everyone’s drive is the same. As a small business, one of the things we’re most proud of is putting our people first. Our team should never feel pressured to risk their safety just to get to work.

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, and we truly thank you and appreciate your understanding. Please stay warm, stay safe, enjoy your snow day.
