The last couple of weeks have been a blur. I want to apologize for my absence—life pulled me away, and I was needed elsewhere. I’m incredibly grateful I could be present for my children and grandchildren during this time.

Please keep them in your prayers as they begin to navigate a new normal. Their grandfather was like a father to me throughout my marriage to their dad. Though I felt his absence after my divorce, this loss is different. I saw him every weekday. He was there, helping with the grandkids, a steady presence in our daily lives.

We will persevere—but the quote below truly resonates with me right now.

If you know me well, you know my hair journey has been a long one. Years of color damage combined with menopause caused my hair to start falling out. The first step was getting it healthy again—I chopped it super short, switched all my hair products, and after about a year, I finally had healthy hair again.

But the damage had already been done. I tried different collagens, and while they helped, they didn’t give me the results I was hoping for. Then, in December, I found Shaklee—and the first thing I tried was their collagen.

Now? Not only is my hair growing again, but I actually have new growth, and it’s getting thicker! 🙌🏼
