It was a ton of work to get the 84 square body bed raised to clear the GSI frame. Completely disassembled the bed and start over to lift the bed floor 10 inches. Chevrolet tailgate repurposed to be used as a filler panel to cover raised bed gap. Fabricated wide wheel tubs fitted flush to clear the 31x18.5x20 wheels. Billet fuel filler add to rear of floor. Stake pockets filled in. Body seams welded and smoothed. Wheel arches raised to match height of front wheel arch. No more squatting bed look for this c10

Got in the Dynamat mega pak for the 84 square body show truck. The huge 2x4 sheets should keep the noise of the 632 ci motor to a minimum.

Core support for the 84 Squarebody show truck back from powdercoat. Went with a satin black on this one.

Keeping it clean on the inside. Made a trick mount for the e-level controller in the square body ashtray. One of many little details for the 84 show truck.

Fitting the flush mount windshield in the 84 c10. No more leaking rubber seal with modern glass.

High hump transmission cover and driveshaft tunnel installed. This will provide plenty of clearance for the beefy 4l80 transmission on the bagged 84 c10. 3M textured coating on the floor for maximum protection. Blake Young
