Monday projects:
Van Vleet Rd. between Miller Rd. and the dead end will be closed for paving.
Maple Ave. between Van Slyke Rd. and Fenton Rd. will be closed for shoulder work.
The shoulder of Branch Rd. at Layton Blvd. will be closed for guardrail repair.
Stanley Rd. between Duffield Rd. and Nichols Rd. will be closed for ditching.
Paving will be taking place on Bristol Rd. between Irish Rd. and Vassar Rd. There will be flaggers controlling traffic.
Tomorrow, GCRC will be milling Jennings Rd. between Pierson Rd. and Carpenter Rd. from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The road will be closed to thru traffic.
‼️An update on the paving operations on Linden Rd.:
On Wednesday, Linden Rd. between Reid Rd. and Hill Rd. will be open to southbound traffic only.
Please allow additional time to reach your destination.
This week, a contractor will be milling and paving Linden Rd. between Grand Blanc Rd. and Hill Rd. The road will be open with flaggers controlling traffic.
Monday projects:
GCRC will be paving Lake Rd. between Linden Rd. and Saginaw Rd. from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Construction begins in the Orchard Haven subdivision in Grand Blanc Twp.
On Monday, MDOT will begin a project to resurface M-57 from Linden Rd. to the Clio city limits. One lane will remain open at all times in each direction. Intermittent ramp closures will be in place on all exit and entrance ramps at the M-57/I-75 interchange.

In 2025, three road construction workers were killed in Michigan.
This year, we have had three worker deaths in just two weeks.
These are people who put their lives at risk to make our roads safer. Please remember them the next time you enter a work zone.
Put your phone away. Stay alert. Give workers space. A few extra seconds of your time could save a life.
Branch County worker rear-ended by semi-truck while mowing along I-69, police say The crash happened on the highway between BUS-69 (Fenn Road) Exit 10 and Jonesville Exit 16, just outside of Coldwater, an MDOT drive map showed.
Center Rd. between Hill Rd. and Maple Rd. will be closed today from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for shoulder work.
