Maxim Roofing is the proud owner of a 12,000 sq ft building! Complete with 2 tenants, lots of storage space for materials and billboard that will soon be used for advertising. Awesome location at US 23 & Hill Rd. We have never advertised, yet our business is GROWING thanks to our customers and referrals. And a shout out to Adam Haffajee with Piper Realty for a smooth buying experience. Lots of work to be done, but very excited!

This week's projects- 2 residential homes, and Duro Last roof at old Suski dealership. Also completed roof at Calvary United Methodist Church in Flushing.

I guess Jack gets the referral fee for this one- 1 of 3 of the roofs we've done this month for his classmates families. Johnson residence on Fenton Rd., or as our kids say "the house with the awesome backyard". All 3 homes needed a roof due to hail damage last month.

Maxim Homes, now Maxim Commercial & Residential Roofing, is now a certified and licensed installer of Dura Last products for flat roof applications. (Ie.-the Loveys plaza we recently did on Leroy St. in Fenton)
