A positive youth / young adult movement that helps young people see their true potential while learning to enjoy life the way God intended...fun, full & exciting!!! FIRST THINGS FIRST:
1.) WHO WE ARE: VisioN@tion Movement (VNM) is NOT a church! This is nothing that any participant/member would have to leave their place of worship to join. WE ARE FOR ANY AND EVERYONE! However, we do consider VNM a
ministry.
2.) UNIFICATION (JESUS IS FOR EVERYBODY): We believe that ALL BELIEVERS are meant to work TOGETHER!!! Because of this we totally throw our denominational / doctrine specified differences to the side in order to COME TOGETHER through the one thing that we ALL agree on regardless of our convictions, laws or teachings as believers...JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR US ALL! HE DEFEATED SIN AND DEATH! THERE IS A WAY TO THE FATHER FOR EVERYONE!!!
3.) JESUS IS OUR CENTER: Everything we do is based off of the things Jesus taught in scripture. We show Love, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and spread the great news to everyone that they can have a life that is greater than anything they could've imagined! How do we know? Many of our lives were nowhere near where they are today but with the great support system and love that we have for one another, we pray, fast, love and support one another and stand with them on the things they're believing God for.
4.) READY FOR THE WORLD: We consider ourselves a ministry for the believers but more so for the the non-believer. For the church but MORE so for the world! After all Jesus said to "Go ye out into the world..." not to stay ye into the church! Right?!
5.) BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY: We will reach the lost at any cost! The Apostle Paul said:
"19 Even though I am a free man with no master, I have become a slave to all people to bring many to Christ. 20 When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to bring the Jews to Christ. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so I could bring to Christ those who are under the law. 21 When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law,[a] I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ. But I do not ignore the law of God; I obey the law of Christ.
22 When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. 23 I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings."
1 Corinthians 9:19-23 NLT
OUR GOAL:
Our goal is to show people the way that God sees them regardless of what they already think of themselves because of what they might have been through...God STILL sees BEAUTY when He looks at them...God STILL sees Love when He looks at them because He sees His Son...JESUS when He looks at them!!! WE ARE FEARFULLY & WONDERFULLY MADE!!! WE ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! WE ARE SAVABLE!!! WE ARE REDEEMABLE...WE ARE LOVABLE!!! THERE'S NOTHING THAT WE CAN DO TO ESCAPE GOD'S LOVE!!! AND HE LOVES YOU!!! ALL OF OUR HEARTS DESIRES CAN AND WILL BE MET IF WE SIMPLY LET JESUS IN TO OUR HEARTS AND KILL OUR OWN WANTS AND FLESH AND LIVE TOTALLY FOR HIM!!! So again...We are a N@tion of Vision here to bring life to our dying generation. And with your support in joining this movement WE WILL REACH THE N@TIONS AND INTRODUCE JESUS CHRIST TO THE WORLD IN A WAY THAT HAS NOT YET BEEN DONE!!! GOD IS AWESOME AND YOU ARE LOVED!!!
