Commit to Fit is a community-wide health improvement initiative launched by the Greater Flint Health Coalition and its collective of partner organizations.
COMMIT TO FIT is a community-wide initiative in the City of Flint and Genesee County, Michigan, to begin improving the community's health through engaging individuals in simple behaviors that improve health in the short and long-term. The campaign reminds local residents that getting fit doesn’t have to hurt and that a few simple lifestyle changes can set you on the path to improved health. This

🩺 Seniors at Eastside Senior Center completed a 9 week High Blood Pressure Workshop
🧘🏾♀️ Seniors at Burton Senior Center have been learning Tai Chi to help with balance and mobility
💪🏽 Participants at Harmony Baptist Church are working on building muscle through strength band exercises
🍎 Families in Cooking with Kids are learning new healthy recipes each week
