Today, we have spaghetti squash included in our food giveaway. If you’ve never tried it before, we wanted to share some ways yo utilize it. This veggie is not only delicious but also super easy to prepare. Here are some ideas to get you started:

Classic Spaghetti Substitute: Roast it in the oven at 400°F for about 30-40 minutes, then scrape out the strands and toss with your favorite pasta sauce.

Squash Stir-Fry: Spiralize raw spaghetti squash or simply use the strands, then sauté with garlic, vegetables, and a splash of soy sauce or sesame oil for a quick stir-fry.

Savory Bake: Mix cooked squash with eggs, cheese, and your favorite veggies, then bake for a delicious breakfast or brunch casserole!
