Today with great sadness, we said "see you later" to one of our very own. Mitch was one of the kindest souls anyone could ever meet. He was always a light in the kitchen and gave Luis a run for his money regarding talent. Today was a service to remember, and we were so grateful to have known this man. The culinary world will not be the same without this man. Mitch was a giver who would always put his best foot forward, and he always did more than was asked. Like his son said today, he always just did extra. We are so grateful you were a part of our lives and that we could be part of your "family" in this crazy restaurant life. We will see you again one day, friend, and until then, we will try to help fill the void that is now left in this world. If anyone wants to see a little slice of heaven and Mitch's life, please visit Cranberries Cafe in Goodrich, his wife Patty would love to see you all!
