🚨FREE Hybrid Training Class🚨
When: Every Saturday at 8:30am for 4 weeks (4/25-5/16)
Who: Free for ANYBODY + your friends, family, neighbors, and strangers.
What: Hybrid Training workout including running, rowing, ski erg, air bike, farmer carry, wall ball shots, sleds, and tons of other fun movements!
Coached by and our local bad ass coaches!
Silver Strength - MWF at 8am
If you’re over 60 and you’re not lifting weights it’s absolutely time. 💪🏻
Have injuries? No problem, we have endless modifications.
Never lifted weights before? Perfect! That means you don’t have any bad habits.
