Most people toss their seeds on the ground and stand there waiting for them to grow.

This is a section from my ebook, Gym Talk #6, worth repeating.

They just stand there. Staring down at the dirt. Wondering why nothing is happening.

The more motivated ones might even water the seeds. But they still stand there waiting.

Day after day. Nothing.

So they get pi**ed. Move on to the next thing. Blame bad seeds, bad soil, bad water. A few rare ones blame themselves.

The part nobody wants to sit with.

Whoever said you get to reap the harvest of the seeds you plant today?

Why do you feel entitled to that harvest?

You might do all the planting. Someone else does the nurturing. And generations from now, someone else gets the fruit.

Maybe that sounds unfair. Maybe that pi**es you off.

But before you go there, answer this first.

Whose harvest are YOU currently living off of?

The profession you work in. The gym you train in. The methods you use. The knowledge you have access to. None of that appeared out of thin air.

Strength coaches and trainers who worked for nothing. Who helped people because they loved it. Who never made a dime from it. Laid the foundation you’re standing on right now.

They planted seeds they would never see grow.

So what are you planting?

And more importantly, are you planting anything at all?

Or are you still just standing there staring at the dirt?

Share this with anyone who planted the seeds of the harvest you are reaping as a thank you to them, and to anyone else who needs to read this message.

Live, Learn, Pass On.

Two people can be the same age on paper…but decades apart biologically.

What most people miss is this: aging isn’t just time passing. It’s the result of repeated signals your body receives every single day.

Sleep quality, stress levels, movement patterns, breathing, and metabolic health all quietly shape how fast your body breaks down… or rebuilds.

Research shows that poor sleep alone can disrupt hormones and accelerate aging markers.

Chronic stress keeps cortisol elevated, which is linked to faster biological aging and metabolic dysfunction.

Physical inactivity reduces mitochondrial efficiency — your body’s energy system — making cells age faster.

And yet, most people obsess over one thing — diet — while ignoring the system behind it.

The difference you see on the outside is usually the result of invisible patterns repeated for years.

The real question is:
Are your daily habits speeding you up… or slowing you down?

If you want to understand what your body is actually doing beneath the surface… you need data, not guesses.

Comment TEST and I’ll send you the exact system to understand your real health markers with 50% OFF.

I often talk about leaning on your support network & how much they can not only optimize performance, but enhance your everyday life. Today, I’d like to highlight In Motion Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in Oviedo, FL. In NY, I was very fortunate to have worked with Brown Chiropractic Associates. If you’re anywhere near Wappingers Falls, look up Dr. Brown.

After I moved to Florida, I searched diligently to find someone that would be a good fit for me. I hit the jackpot. Dr. Torina is very knowledgeable & skilled. His work with UCF athletes was one of the things that attracted me to his practice. His additional staff is the icing on the cake, offering PT, Massage work & Physio work.

If you’re in the area, I highly recommend taking advantage of their services.
