Rigid isn't the same as consistent β rigid snaps the second life gets messy. Real consistency bends, adapts, and keeps showing up anyway.

Special episode replay conversation with Jessica Arias. Jessica is a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner who works with women who feel stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from their bodies β and what she said about inner wisdom landed differently the second time around.
We're taught from a young age to look outside ourselves for answers. We go to the doctor. We Google symptoms. We check with AI. We ask everyone else what they think. And we override the quiet knowing inside because we've been conditioned to call it irrational, or dramatic, or "just stress."
Here's a stat Jessica shared that I keep thinking about: 80% of autoimmune diagnoses are women. And those are only the ones who've received a diagnosis. She's spent years working with women whose symptoms were dismissed long after their intuition told them something was wrong.
The reframe she offered that I keep coming back to: instead of asking "what's wrong with me?" β try "what do I need right now?" It's a tiny shift that moves you from self-judgment to self-curiosity. And that's where real change actually begins.
Your body isn't broken. It's been trying to communicate the whole time.
I go deeper on this in Episode 393 of It's Your Time Podcast β listen today.
What's one thing your body has been trying to tell you that you've been pushing past?
"You're allowed to want more β and believe it's already on its way.

Confidence isn't a feeling. It's a track record.
I used to think confidence was this big, bold thing you either had or didn't. I've completely reframed that. Confidence is simply the belief that you will figure it out β not that you have a plan, not that you're never scared, just that you know you'll find a way through.
And that belief doesn't come from one big moment. It comes from every single time you showed up for yourself before, even when it was inconvenient, even when the conditions weren't ideal.
Your next storm is coming. You've survived every one before this. New episode is live β link in bio.

That little voice that shows up right before you ask for more? It's not truth β it's leftover wiring from women who had to survive a different life than the one you're building. You get to question it.

I was in class with my coach last week and she said something I haven't stopped thinking about since. π
She was teaching on why so many people stay stuck in the same life for years and never go after the dream β and it's not laziness, and it's usually not even fear of failure.
It's this: some part of us believes that if we really go for it, we're betraying the people who raised us.
I know that sounds dramatic. But there's actual biology behind it β your nervous system is wired to read "different from my tribe" as dangerous, even when nothing is wrong.
So what happens when you want the bigger territory, the promotion, the version of your life nobody else in your family has lived?

β¨ New podcast episode:
The loop is the problem. And most of us don't even know we're in one.
Same thoughts. Same feelings. Same actions. Same life. Not because you're not trying hard enough β because your brain is literally wired to keep repeating what it already knows.
Dr. Joe Dispenza calls it firing and wiring the same neural circuits every day. Which means, biologically, we are keeping ourselves in the past.
The good news? Those patterns can change. New neural pathways can be built. But only if you're willing to do the uncomfortable thing β think a thought your brain doesn't fully believe yet, feel something unfamiliar, take action before you feel ready.
That's where the growth is. Every single time.

I once had to go to a wake and turn off a patient's pump.
Standing there, trying to be discreet, doing my job β and honestly, saying a real prayer that it would be over quickly. I did it because it felt like the right thing to do for my doctor and for that family.
When I told my male colleagues? "No F-N way. I would have said no."
That story is extreme. But the pattern isn't. Women in clinical and field sales roles tend to be the ones who say "of course" and go do the hard, uncomfortable human thing. And none of it shows up on the quota sheet.
It's relationship labor. Emotional labor. The constant low hum of being on for everyone, all the time. And it's cumulative β it doesn't reset just because you cross the quarter.
If you hit the halfway mark of this year feeling quietly exhausted in a way that doesn't match your numbers, this episode is for you.
