What you’re seeing here is a classic case of filler extrusion, when product is placed too superficially and the tissue can’t contain it. Instead of blending into the lip, the gel tracks toward the surface and may even appear to ‘push out’ through the entry point. For injectors: depth is everything. When filler is placed in the correct anatomical plane, it stays put, supports natural volume, and creates soft, beautiful shape, no visible lumps, no migration.

Technique matters just as much as product choice. Always work from a foundation of advanced anatomy knowledge and trained injection protocols.
