Big congratulations to our 2 bad ass age qualifying athletes who grinded their butts off!!! The pain you felt this weekend. Will be the strength you feel tomorrow.

Our Teens program is designed to develop overall athleticism and help them grow to become well-rounded humans: stronger, faster, and smarter! When children are exposed to good habits and consistency, it will help them build a healthy base for their entire lives. Studies show that active children are more likely to grow up to be active adults, with increased confidence and self-esteem.

Classes are taught in a safe, fun and supportive environment and will be led by Coach Cheryl. Teens will focus on proper weightlifting technique and combine challenging, scalable workouts using body-weight, barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells in constantly varied movements.

Teens structures its classes in an adult style format. Safety is our number one priority! Movements and weights are kept appropriate to their individual fitness level and age group. All fitness levels are welcome!

This Saturday we’re paying homage to the one and only chloe Durant. An amazing Coach a beautiful lady and a great friend.!!! She always know the right things to say and notices all the little things making each and everyone of us feel seen…really seen. Let’s show up an show out for her final WOD as a LOCO ATHLETE…she’ll always be our coach and friend we won’t go away that easy 😅😅

Locomotive is so proud to have some of the most amazing athletes around. We have witnessed pure dedication and drive. They have inspired us all. We would love to acknowledge two of the kindest and most humble athletes we’ve had the pleasure of sharing the gym floor with. We read somewhere that only 1 % of people have the ability to finish a full marathon and somehow we have the pleasure of knowing not 1 but 2 runners of that 1%.

Truly grateful that you both are part of the Locomotive community and we look forward to cheering on your next race… 🥰😉 I know even though we are impressed and we believe everyone is impressed… They, themselves want more.!!!! Absolute rock stars!
