Staging is Everything! We sell a lot of homes with outdates. No problem 👍 We Love Showcasing homes! In this video we brought in newer furniture and set the stage. This allows buyers to focus on the beautiful space presented and envisioning living there. Prior to listing, we help homes with varying issues. We assist with Curb Appeal, Light Reno, Paintwork, Organization, Packing, & Staging along the way. The goal is to create interest; a sense of depth, open space, and clean lines for the eye. We highlight each rooms’ best features using a neutral stage to showcase. In most cases, we use the owners furniture, to which, we add staging pieces. We install, many small pieces, lamps, mirrors, curtains, rugs, greenery, couches, chairs, tables, beds, etc. to set the stage. These services are included because we truly want to help the owner sell well. In this homes’ case; having outdated furniture, attached built-ins, and Floor/Bath/Kit outdates, we recommended starting with a fresh pallete. We assisted the owner in packing, moving, a little painting & wallpaper and carpet removal.
