Last night’s Bills game? Ugly. No other way to put it.

But hey, ugly isn’t always bad. Cracker Barrel learned that after rolling out a “modern” new logo that fans immediately hated — proof that not every refresh hits the mark.

The good news? Even when things go sideways, there’s always something to learn. The Bills will bounce back. Cracker Barrel probably will too. And the rest of us? We just get a free reminder to know what people actually love about you before you change it.

(Now, back to reliving that fourth-quarter pain 🦬💀)

After intense backlash, Cracker Barrel reverted to its old logo — and the company is also going back to its “vintage Americana” interiors, which had been changed in just four locations.
