United Martial Arts Centers Fishkill

In class this week we did a chutes and ladders workout for our warmup!

The goal was to show perseverance and endurance as students did their best, not giving up as they landed on chutes and did these exercises again and again!

Last week students worked hard on their basic blocks for their forms, especially out-to-in block! 💪 In groups and partners students demonstrated cooperation and focus! 🥋

We had an amazing black belt banquet where UMAC Briarcliff, Carmel, Fishkill and Shrub Oak gathered together to celebrate the accomplishments of our UMAC Community

It was such a fun event and we are thankful to all for making it a memorable night!

Wow! We had an amazing graduation last night! Students looked confident and demonstrated great technique!

It was also an amazing time as we joined UMAC Carmel and Shrub Oak students for graduation!

Students during class yesterday practiced confidence and respect. A handful of students lead the class for Kam Sa Yong with their classmates following along with lots of energy!

Week 2 of 2026 and students showed lots of energy in class! From practicing punches in the mirror to partner work, we saw amazing focus and discipline! 🥋
