π₯ 2. Egg Retrieval β Eggs are collected during a short, minimally invasive procedure.
𧬠3. Fertilization β Eggs and s***m are combined to create embryos.
π± 4. Embryo Development β Embryos are carefully monitored in our lab.
π€ 5. Embryo Transfer β A healthy embryo is placed into the uterus.
β³ 6. The Two-Week Wait β Time to let your body do the rest before pregnancy testing.
Every fertility journey is unique, and our team is here to guide you through each step with compassion, expertise, and personalized care.

Thinking about having children in the future but not quite ready yet?
Egg freezing may help preserve your future family-building options, but timing matters.
Research continues to show that age at the time you freeze your eggs is one of the biggest factors influencing future success. Women who freeze their eggs at younger ages generally have higher chances of achieving a healthy pregnancy later, while both egg quality and egg quantity naturally decline over time. Recent studies have also found that women who froze a higher number of mature eggs before age 38 had significantly better chances of a future live birth compared to those attempting pregnancy with fresh eggs at age 40 or older.
While every person's fertility journey is unique, many fertility specialists recommend considering egg freezing before age 35 if you know you'll likely delay starting your family. This can provide more reproductive options in the future, though no treatment can guarantee pregnancy.
At Hudson Valley Fertility, we're here to help you understand your fertility today and create a personalized plan for tomorrow. Whether you're ready to grow your family now or simply exploring your options, our team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Some losses leave footprints that never fade.
For many in the fertility community, grief isn't always visible. It can be the loss of a pregnancy, an embryo, a dream, or the future you had already begun imagining.
During Bereaved Parents Month, we want to acknowledge every parent and hopeful parent carrying a loss that others may not see.
There is no timeline for healing.
No "right" way to grieve.
And no need to carry your heartache alone.
At Hudson Valley Fertility, we honor every journey, the joyful moments, the difficult ones, and everything in between. If you're remembering someone or something deeply loved this month, we are remembering with you. π

Could better sleep support your fertility journey?
Sleep does much more than help you feel rested. While you sleep, your body works to regulate hormones, repair cells, and support many of the processes involved in reproductive health.
When you're consistently sleep-deprived, increased stress hormones and inflammation can interfere with the delicate hormonal balance needed for healthy egg and s***m development.
π Prioritizing quality sleep may help support:
β¨ Healthy hormone regulation
π₯ Ovulation and egg health
𧬠S***m production and quality
π± Overall reproductive wellness
Here are a few simple ways to improve your sleep:
π Aim for 7β9 hours each night
π
Keep a consistent sleep schedule
π± Limit screen time before bed
βοΈ Get natural sunlight in the morning
ποΈ Create a cool, dark, and relaxing sleep environment
While sleep alone won't treat infertility, it's one healthy habit that can positively impact your overall well-being and fertility journey.
If you have questions about optimizing your health before or during fertility treatment, the team at Hudson Valley Fertility is here to help every step of the way.
