Date night idea + wedding prep ✔️ We tried a dance lesson at Inala Movement Studio and now have a go-to dance we actually feel confident doing. Simple, choreographed, or somewhere in between, there’s something for everyone! Leslie, the owner, brings years of dance experience and has created such a welcoming, approachable space. Join me in the studio for an hour of self care on Thursdays from 12-1pm. If you have never done the Melt method, I encourage you to try it. It feels great and has so many benefits to body and mind!

Join me for a 6-week Introduction to the GYROTONIC Method starting on Thursday March 5. If you have never tried this form of exercise, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn and experience this beautiful practice.

Each week we will build on the previous week to leave you with a foundational knowledge of the movement patterns and concepts of the Gyrotonic system. Each student will work on their own pulley tower. Class size limited to 3 students.

Class series begins Thurs March 5 and runs for 6 weeks. Class time is 9:30am-10:45am.
