New tile installation in this bathroom! During the demolition, we discovered that the plywood underneath had deteriorated and started to rot. We addressed the issue right away, replaced the damaged area, properly prepared the surface, and installed the new tile.

Today we gave this kitchen island a custom built-in look by adding decorative trim panels. After installing the molding, we carefully filled and sanded every joint to create a smooth, seamless finish before painting it in the color our client selected.

It’s amazing how a simple detail can completely transform the look of a kitchen without replacing the entire island.
