I rounded up some free and low-cost workouts around Fishers that are great for all fitness levels—and even more fun with a friend. Which ones are you trying?!

Fishers Firefighters will pull out the hose, spray water, and give little and big kids alike an opportunity to handle the hose line or just run through the spray.

You can bring lawn chairs and blankets, pack a picnic and cooler, or enjoy local food trucks. One thing we’ve enjoyed doing before the concert is walking the Nickel Plate Trail and having dinner at King Jugg, because kids eat free on Tuesdays, and then go to the concert.

The historic Bell Ford Covered Bridge, originally built in 1869 in Jackson County, Indiana, has been reconstructed and installed at Geist Park in Fishers as a pedestrian and bike bridge, and is a part of the Geist Greenway trail.
📍Florida Road, Fishers, IN 46040
The Geist Greenway is a five-mile pedestrian path, stretching north and south from 96th Street to 131st Street. It’s great for bikes and strollers. If you are on it you can also stop off at Geist Park or the Fishers AgriPark.
If you want to be outdoors this weekend, this would be a fun area to explore.
