Across Indiana, employers are realizing how often workplace systems were built around an employee who had support at home. Today, many employees are coordinating childcare, caring for aging parents, managing their own health and still showing up every day. For women especially, career and health transitions often overlap.

On May 14, 2026, the Wellness Council of Indiana, in partnership with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, will host the Women’s Health at Work Forum in Fishers.

This is not a clinical event, it is a practical employer conversation about recruitment, retention and supporting employees across the lifespan, from maternity through menopause.

If you lead people, design benefits or care about workforce participation, this conversation is for you.
