On World Sickle Cell Day, we're raising awareness about sickle cell disease, a common inherited blood disorder that affects more than 100,000 people in the United States.

For many individuals living with sickle cell disease, regular blood transfusions are an essential part of treatment, helping reduce complications, manage symptoms, and improve quality of life. That's why blood donors play such an important role in supporting this community.

At Guardian Care, we know caregiving extends beyond the services we provide every day. Sometimes, it means sharing what we can - including a resource as powerful as blood that can help save lives.

Recently, our team partnered with Versiti Blood Center of Indiana to host a blood drive outside our Fishers office, giving employees the opportunity to make a direct impact in on the lives of others.

It’s no secret – we love Alzheimer's Association Greater Indiana Chapter! This Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month we're honored to continue our partnership in the fight to end Alzheimer's.

At Guardian Care, we see firsthand how Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia impact individuals, families, caregivers, and communities. That's why we're once again lacing up our walking shoes for the 2026 Walk to End Alzheimer's in Fort Wayne.

This year, we’re excited to attend alongside our HHA affiliate, Guardian Health, and we’re especially proud to serve as a transportation sponsor, helping Indiana families get connected to the events, resources, and support available throughout IBE.

We had an incredible time last year and we’re looking forward to returning to Indianapolis to continue sharing information about paid family caregiving and connecting people to the resources they need.
