Meet our Builder...
Ken Shepherd is a lifelong resident of the Hamilton/Hancock county area. Ken and Jackie raised their family close by and both their daughter and son graduated from HSE . For the last 25 plus years Ken has been building custom homes on his clients lots. Along with building, Ken also does major remodel projects and additions to homes. When the opportunity came about to build his own neighborhood within the HSE school district it became a no brainer for him. He is excited to give homeowners the flexibility to bring their dream floor plan to him and turn It into a reality. Although we don't have a model home at the moment, we wanted to share some of the past homes Ken has built. Reference are available upon request also.
