Icing Smiles cake

Decided to try a little something different Gluten Free Beef Wellington!

Even though fall is not officially here I am releasing this year's Holiday Flavors. For Thanksgiving Cakes I will be doing: Pumpkin Spice, Chocolate Covered Pumpkin, Caramel Apple, Chai, Spiced Apple, Spiced Pear, Hazelnut. For Christmas Cakes I will be doing: Wintermint, Peppermint Mocha, Gingerbread, Spiced Cranberry Orange, Chocolate Orange, Hot Cocoa, and Snowball. I will also be doing jar mixes and sugar cookie kits which make excellent gifts.

Been taking things a bit slower and not taking on as much, but pleased to inform folks that I will be taking orders for Thanksgiving Cakes as well as Christmas/New Years orders. I will post flavor lists within the coming weeks. I will take Thanksgiving orders up until November 13th with pick-ups on the 26th and 27th of November. 🧁🎉🎊🎄🦃

I making my favorite kind of cake today. One for Icing Smiles! Speaking of which Data Cakes has a team running in the Colfax Marathon Relay this year. Our charity partner is Icing Smiles, Inc. If you have the opportunity check this charity out they are a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. If we win the race in our category money gets donated to our charity partner. Been a little quiet on the Data Cakes front, but you know it can't stay that way. Just been making Icing Smiles Cakes and took it pretty easy last year. I am however going to have a team to run in the Colfax Marathon Relay this year and I am taking Valentine's orders. For Valentines this year don't give her a dozen roses give her a dozen chocolate covered strawberry or Raspberry Truffle Cupcakes. I am also doing Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cakes and Raspberry Truffle cakes. If you aren't a cake person I have you covered I also have chocolate covered strawberry cookies.
