Full color change paint job, another extensive prep job because it had been neglected for far to long! Stained the front fence wings to tie in with the trim and installed a large back deck with composite decking and a very nice metal railingsystem. We left a side access section for the new hot tub they will be getting in the spring.

Full exterior paint job with some changes in color scheme, new address plaque and garage door dress up kits. Looking much nicer and ready to handle the harsh Colorado seasons.

This customer had a dying tree in the middle of the backyard that needed to be taken out and we also installed two landing pads and paved inside the side shed.

Finished this customer's front xeriscape. They wanted to remove the grass areas and have a simple low maintenance space to go with the low maintenance backyard we had already installed.

Started early this morning prepping and framing a "she shed" pad and the neighbors replacement sidewalk and then transitioned over to cutting out the customer's poor quality new build front grass areas so we can xeriscape, giving them a nice low maintenance front area to match the back we recently did.

Continuing on the yard expansion and concrete curbing prep & concrete curbing install.

We are doing a restructure of this landscape, removing plants/ bushes, creating a concrete curbing, expanding the grass area, installing some planters, and an accent piece to hide the utility boxes.

Phase one of this landscape getting the sidewalk, grill pad and side storage pads framed in and poured.

This customer just moved into their new build where the Marshall fire had destroyed all the homes. They wanted a nice low maintenance relaxing space with artificial turf, irrigation to rinse it every so often and a beautiful stamped patio for many memories to be made on.

Installed metal railing on the rear deck and the front porch. Also added solar lights on the posts to give the space a beautiful ambiance. Just another touch to this customers retirement sanctuary.
