It's likely no surprise the at Cold Creek Cutter has been raised significantly and effective immediately. The rent increase reflects that of the town water & sewer increase charged to the property owner.

In light of this, all services will be raised $5.00 to be able to continue offering services. This increase will be will begin on May 1, 2026.
