I think the Dealership has finally figured out how to get Our Customers to have to buy New Vehicle by 100,000 miles or less, the CVT Transmissions are not lasting without Doing the fluid change, I have been educating my customer for the last 15 years about Service… Service… Service but very few of my Customers follow my advice on Regular Transmisson fluid changes, the CVT Fluid has to be changed every 30,000 or you will be replacing it, I have had 3 in the last couple of Months with under 90,000 miles go out… Keep this In mind my Family & Friends, Call for an appointment and have your VIN so we can get the correct Filter & Fluid for your Transmission😊

The cold spell we had in December, caused Our Shop this week to get 4- calls for Estimates on the Rear Main Seal and I wanted to Warn you Family & Friends, preventive Maintenance by getting your PCV air hole & possibly the PCV tube cleaned or replaced, before we get another cold spell this year!

This is a Normal Transmission and we did a Drain & fill because fluid smelt burnt, this is a 2010 Toyota Camry with 165,205 miles, see the slug on the magnet? That is all metal shavings that had attach to the magnet on the cover… The Warning is Do Your Services …. I always say be Good to your vehicle and it will be Good to You ❤️

This is CVT Transmission while doing this fluid change @ 129,640 miles in the photos you are seeing Metal Shavings bad news is this 2012 Jeep Compass had to have the CVT Transmission replacement…
All Transmissions Fluid should be changed Every 30,000 miles, even these CVT Transmission Fluid…..

Keep in Mind, It is important to do a drain & fill w/filter on CVT transmissions this vehicle had 128,000 miles recommended every 30,000 miles on All Transmissions, this photo shows way to much metal on those magnets, Hopefully this won’t need a New Transmissions….

60k mile Dodge Avenger got some fresh transmission fluid what does yours look like?

For those who don't do regular maintenance this is 120k mile Toyota that had a trans service at 70k before and after pictures of fluid. My machine runs 16 fresh qts of trans fluid after a cleaner is installed to brake all of the crud off the inside of the transmission. Then I put in a conditioner to freshen all the seals inside the transmission.
