This weekend, Tom and I are diving into Krav Maga instructor training at Xtreme Krav Maga & Fitness - Fenton because we believe the women we serve deserve the very best. Every drill, every technique, every lesson learned is another tool we can bring back to our Guard & Grace program at GymShe. As students at XKMSTL we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to participate in their instructor training sessions.

Guard & Grace has always been about more than throwing punches. It’s about building confidence, trusting your instincts, moving your body with purpose, and knowing that you are capable of protecting yourself and the people you love.

We’re excited, humbled, and ready to learn from incredible instructors so we can continue growing this program FOR women, BY women.
The road to certification is long, we are excited for the journey and know it will be worth it!

Today marks 30 days since we officially stepped into ownership of Le Techniques Salon & Med Spa and GymShe, and what an amazing month it has been.

To say we are grateful would be an understatement.

Over the last 30 days, we’ve been welcomed with open arms by this community. You’ve trusted us with your hair, your wellness, your fitness journeys, your self-care, and your friendships. You’ve shown up for classes, booked appointments, shopped local, referred your friends, shared our posts, offered encouragement, and supported our dream in ways we could never fully express.

We’ve celebrated victories, learned lessons, solved unexpected challenges, welcomed new team members, and worked countless hours to build something special for the women and families we serve. Through it all, your support has reminded us exactly why we took this leap of faith.
