Trauma and emotional pain are most often silent battles. Nobody knows what you’re going through. Many might not understand. You feel like there’s no one you can turn to for help. 👤
The pain lurks in the shadows. On the outside you lead a normal life and seemingly have it all together. But on the inside, this thing reaches out of the shadows and grips your heart. This is grief. 🫀
Too often we just try to deaden the pain or ignore it, but it never goes away. The only way to experience healing is to FLOOD the shadows with light. 💡
We want to walk with you through the obstacles on this journey to healing. Jesus came to heal the broken hearted. Jesus is the Light that heals. 🌱
“The LORD builds up Jerusalem; He gathers together the outcasts of Israel. He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds.”

Emotional pain can send you to some pretty dark valleys. ⛈
You sometimes wonder if you’ll ever find your way back out of the fog.
You feel alone in your pain. You try to mask the struggle. You don’t really want to live with the burden.
It’s hard to think clearly and you can go into an emotional spin that amplifys the negative thoughts of hopelessness.
